Card authorization

A financial provider may request authentication, refuse a transaction or place a temporary hold. Goods are normally prepared after authorization succeeds. Submit full payment credentials only through checkout.

Questions and refunds

Ask for help via Contact Us, citing an order number without sensitive details. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original method within 10 days. Provider posting can require more time.
