Preparation and carrier travel

A successfully authorized order is ordinarily packed in 1–2 business days. Carrier travel after it leaves us is estimated at 4–6 business days. Holidays, severe conditions or carrier delays can affect timing.

Delivery support

Please verify the full address at checkout. If tracking stalls, an order cannot be found or goods arrive damaged, email ozeturujif773@gmail.com with the order and tracking references. Preserve the box and useful pictures.
