Refund Policy

We offer eligible returns for new defective and non-defective merchandise, as well as exchanges. Request review within 30 days of receiving the order. For a non-defective return, the goods must be new, unused and in original condition.

Before sending goods

Tell ozeturujif773@gmail.com the order number, checkout email and reason. Include clear images for faulty, damaged, wrong or incomplete goods. Obtain approval and the correct mailing directions before posting a return.

Label and charges

The package includes a free prepaid label for an eligible return. Contact us if it is absent. We do not impose a restocking fee. An approved exchange remains subject to inventory.

Returning payment

Following approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original method within 10 days. An issuer or bank may take extra time to show the credit. Nothing here removes mandatory legal rights.
